Job Title: Operations Superintendent
Department: Terminal Operations

Reporting to: Terminal Manager
Provides Supervision to: All Operations Employees

Purpose of the Role/Role Overview

The Operations Superintendent provides technical and operational leadership to all Operations Employees working in a unionized, high-hazard environment involving railcar movements, railcar off-loading, fuel transloading, and marine bunkering operations. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all operational activities in alignment with Canadian railway and marine safety standards and regulatory requirements. The incumbent manages all grievance administration, leads disciplinary investigations, and issues discipline when required.
