Operations & Strategy Manager (Santiago)

About the Role

• Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for large and strategic projects, initiatives, and deployments, helping the Operations Team to meet profitability goals
• Support the Uber team by defining precise actions on the city and region-wide projects with an expansion and implementation focus. You'll see the immediate impact of your decisions in the market!
• Develop Strategic Insights - Take big-picture ideas and break them into actionable steps to understand the marketplace the company is in and develop insights that will help us deliver our main projects
• Work closely with the operations teams to streamline processes by managing and working with different stakeholders to set initiatives, campaigns, budgets, and projects along the region
