OPERATIONS STAFF

-Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally

- Delivering shipments to the customers and getting the required paperwork

- Proper status code for the undelivered shipments

- Hand over COD/FOD/DOD and undelivered shipments on the same day to the supervisor

- To meet the EDD & to achieve the SQ targets

- Timely pickup at customer place as per cut off timing

- If serviceable, count and take acknowledgement from customer basis tally of shipments against invoice. Ensure airwaybill and supporting regulatory documents are also collected after thorough check of the condition of packages

- Inscan the shipment after reaching office, data enter in the system and handle the onward connections
