As an Operations Specialist Sr within PNC's Asset Management Group Operations organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH.
Operations Specialist will execute complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple
specialized products or functional areas. Will support the team in process improvement initiatives, working with Ops Excellence and Mary to open tickets, stories, create macros, etc. Will be responsible for running department data queries, API's, macros, and specialized reports as needed to support production teams.
