OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

For our Singapore Branch, Express Global is looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations, with a strong knowledge of shipping processes and customer service excellence. Full proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations of freight forwarding activities.

Experience in cross shipments arrangements.

Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely shipment of goods.

Prepare and process bookings, shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs declarations.

Monitor shipment status and provide updates to clients regarding delivery timelines.

Resolve operational issues and discrepancies efficiently.
