Operations Specialist (Presales)

Responsibilities：

• Prepare shipment forecasts based on sales inputs and submit them to the HQ Operations Center.
• Accurately process customer orders in the C4 system in accordance with signed contracts.
• Coordinate with the HQ Order Management team on order processing, shipment schedules, and production planning.
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery in accordance with customer requirements.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in order processing by ensuring consistency between C4 quotations and signed contracts.
• Assist customers with order-related documentation, including customs clearance and transportation requirements.
• Track, analyze, and maintain shipment records to support monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.
