Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Track and monitor in-transit trucks to ensure smooth transportation operations
• Provide timely and accurate operational updates to relevant teams
• Conduct regular follow-up phone calls with drivers to monitor delivery progress and ensure on-time performance
• Assist in handling transportation exceptions, safety issues, and daily operational matters
• Support day-to-day logistics operations and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Collect, analyze, and organize basic operational data to support decision‑making
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain high operational standards

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Serious, positive, and detail-oriented work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
