We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Strategy & Operations Consultant . In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare clients.

• You will conduct in-depth financial, operational, and performance analyses to identify areas of improvement.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable recommendations. They must also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in executive-ready presentations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing analytical models and applying consulting frameworks (MECE).

• Maintaining ownership throughout projects from diagnosis to implementation.
