Operations Specialist

Join our new
Shared Service Center
in Malaysia and play a pivotal role supporting our German operations. You will create and prepare export/import shipments in CargoSoft, manage operational accruals, handle B/L documentation, and upload buying rates into our ECM system. As part of a phased build-up, you'll start as a multi-process specialist and later have the opportunity to specialize (e.g., Export, Import, or Rate Management) as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Create shipments in the operational TMS, entering all relevant details and preparing files.
• Prepare all operational financials (buying/selling).
• Prepare Bill of Lading (B/L) documentation (Master & House)

Rate management

• Extract carrier buying rates from rate sheets and upload to ECM.
• Submit rates for validation prior to activation to ensure accuracy
