Responsibilities

Contracts Management

  • Oversees the end-to-end process of contract preparation, from initial drafting to final execution.
  • Monitors compliance with contractual obligations by all parties involved.
  • Initiates the renewal and updating of contracts as necessary to ensure continued relevance and compliance.

Budget Management

  • Prepares the department’s budgetary requirements and liaises with FP&A to ensure alignment and completion.
  • Monitors budget utilization and provides unit leads with regular updates on the status of their respective allocations.
  • Initiates the filing of Supplemental Budget Allocation Requests (SBAR) for unprogrammed expenses and coordinates with relevant units throughout the process until finalization.
  • Consolidates all items for year-end budget accruals in accordance with the parameters set by FP&A.
