Job Description
The Operations Specialist reports to the Operations Team Leader and is responsible for supporting the efficient, accurate and compliant execution of loan administration, NPE operations, garnishments, subsidy processing and deceased account management within an SLA-driven outsourced banking operations environment.
Main Responsibilities
Manages the end-to-end administration of performing and non-performing retail loan portfolios, including loan servicing, restructurings, collateral management and operational processing.Reviews and validates loan, collateral and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and approved business procedures.Processes complex banking operations, including loan modifications, post-disbursement activities, subsidy schemes, garnishments and customer servicing requests.Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, legal advisors, notaries and ...
