Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics daily
• Serve as escalation point for restaurant partners' issues
• Identify and rectify operational gaps effectively
• Utilize Excel and SQL for data-driven insights
• Work alongside Sales, Product, and Marketing for projects
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in operations, customer success, or project management
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Excel/Google Sheets advanced skills required
