FleetFox is building Europe’s most reliable fleet-care operations platform.

We are hiring an Operations Specialist in Berlin to lead local execution and ensure our clients’ fleets are always ready for the next user.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role. Most of your time will be spent on the streets of Berlin — training, leading, quality-checking and ensuring smooth daily execution. If needed, up to 33% of your working time may be spent performing car washes yourself to ensure service continuity and volume targets.

You will report to the Regional Operations Lead Germany.
