About the job Operations Specialist

The role includes actively work with business units and suppliers to identify needs and opportunities to enhance user experience and efficiency and the delivery of initiatives that meet business objectives both quantitative and qualitative.

Some of your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • management and support of key procurement systems Ariba, SAP Fieldglass and S/4HANA.
  • identification of opportunities to enhance user experience and drive efficiency in procurement systems and processes
  • deliver system improvement initiatives that deliver clearly articulated benefits.
  • developing and maintaining training materials to assist business users and Suppliers.
  • future developments and enhancements to the Procurement and Supply Chain SharePoint sites and web portals.
