Your Mission: Resolve daily store issues quickly (be the hero they call!). Analyze wastage data to improve efficiency. Maintain the high quality and consistency our brand is famous for.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree holder with 1–2 years of working experience in customer service supporting internal operations team within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong Excel skills: Countif, Sumif, Pivot Tables, ...
