Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Degree holder with 1–2 years of working experience in customer service supporting internal operations team within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong Excel skills: Countif, Sumif, Pivot Tables, ...
