Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Operations Senior Manager to lead the collections process, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership to ensure exceptional performance and regulatory compliance.

+ Manage and develop teams of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate work complexity and risk in the Operations functional area
