Operations & Sales Coordinator

NACT Engineering provides tethered drone systems for all sizes and use‑cases. Our intimate knowledge of robotics systems places us at the forefront of a mechanical revolution. We are looking for an Assembly Technician to help build bespoke drone solutions for our APAC clients.

• Financial Administration: Own the procurement and billing cycle by accurately generating Purchase Orders (POs) and issuing Invoices for our drone solutions.
• Client Experience (Front‑of‑House): Be the welcoming first point of contact for walk‑in clients at our One‑North office, ensuring their inquiries are routed to the right engineer or sales rep.
• Documentation & Organization: Maintain impeccable digital and physical records, ensuring all project documentation and compliance logs are perfectly organized.
