We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Resource Manager to take ownership of tanker and crane resource planning across our operational areas. The role is based in Devon and Cornwall and requires regular travel across the South West.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and optimise the deployment of tanker and crane resources
• Assess and prioritise incoming requests based on operational needs
• Make timely, data‑driven decisions on job allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams
• Challenge and influence operational decisions to ensure best outcomes
• Monitor performance, track utilisation, and identify inefficiencies
• Produce reports on resource allocation, productivity, and bottlenecks
• Drive continuous improvement in resource planning processes
