What you will do


Job Role description:

  • Ensure availability of and coordinate input from ops/maint/tech/other services resources to support project activities in all Stages/Gates/Checkpoints of project

  • Ensure readiness for successful start-up of a facility by stewarding OR deliverables at all stages

  • Ensure smooth transition of a completed project into operations

  • Primary Job Functions: Create, maintain, update OR deliverables in Smartsheet tool. Develop meaningful dashboards, insights, reports from Smartsheet to enable OR team to steward OR goals for all projects
    Provide input to Early design basis and Project planning basis in development planning stage
    Coordinate operations and maintenance input into Engineering Design reviews, Operability, reliability and life-cycle maintenance reviews, Staffing and Opex estimates (People, energy, chemicals etc), Startup Plans
