Operations & Property Manager
to oversee the day-to-day management of our serviced apartments, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the serviced apartments, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Drive revenue growth by maximizing occupancy through direct bookings, OTA optimization, corporate partnerships, and long-stay business.
Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.
Manage reservations, guest arrivals and departures, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, and front office teams to maintain high property standards.
Monitor property performance, operating costs, budgets, and revenue targets.
