This role serves as the operational backbone of the organization , driving clarity, execution, and accountability across EOS cadence, performance metrics, process improvement, and AI-driven automation.

&## ; Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain EOS cadence (L10s, Rocks, Scorecards, quarterly and annual planning).
Ensure visibility, documentation, and accountability across teams.
Optimize service delivery across Growth, Creative, Media, and CRO using scalable 30/60/90-day frameworks.
Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes.
Identify bottlenecks, rework, and margin risks using workflow and time-tracking data.
Design and improve processes, SOPs, and operational playbooks....
