Operations Project Lead

Duties

• Coordinate and manage stakeholders across internal teams, regulators, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and monitor contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance and tracking performance against agreed standards
• Support the development and implementation of operational SOPs, incident management protocols, and reporting frameworks
• Maintain structured trackers for project progress, risks, incidents, and vendor performance to ensure visibility and accountability
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of project updates, risks, and operational performance

Requirement:
