Job Description
Duties
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders across internal teams, regulators, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and monitor contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance and tracking performance against agreed standards
- Support the development and implementation of operational SOPs, incident management protocols, and reporting frameworks
- Maintain structured trackers for project progress, risks, incidents, and vendor performance to ensure visibility and accountability
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of project updates, risks, and operational performance
Requirement:
