Role Overview

Limketkai Foundation is hiring a disciplined and field-oriented Operations & Programs Officer to support execution of community programs including:

  • Sports development initiatives

  • Public Market food rescue and hospital distribution

  • Animal welfare programs

  • Youth and barangay-based projects

This is a hands-on, field-heavy execution role requiring accountability, organization, and structured reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Field Execution

  • Conduct 3–4 on-site visits weekly
  • Be physically present during high-risk or time-sensitive events
  • Willing to travel within Misamis Oriental
  • Support weekend activities as needed

Coordination

  • Coordinate with DepEd, CSWD, DSWD, barangays, hospitals, and partners
  • Follow established reporting hierarchy
  • Escalate stalled tasks within 24–48 hours
