ecause of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
The role of the Operations Program Specialist includes but is not limited to the following:
+ Provides leadership and direction of complex Operations programs for Operations functions during all phases of program execution beginning with the proposal to client delivery and sign off
+ Assure the accomplishment of programs goals through the efficient and effective utilization of Operations resources
+ Coordinate preparation of estimates for all Operations functions by requesting input from appropriate Operations sources
+ Ensure that the operation team provides a competitively priced, accurate, supportable cost proposal within time and budget constraints as previously agre...
