In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
In this role you will be part of the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line and directly responsible for leading a dynamic program running multiple contracts concurrently as well as a lead on the ACES OPM team. This person will act as a mentor and coach for junior employees on the team to provide guidance and leadership on all aspects of the OPM role.
ACES is developing the next generation of expendable countermeasures and dispenser solutions leveraging our 40-year history in these technologies. Building on foundational programs such as ALE-55 and ALE-47 we are positioned well for continued growth.
