We are looking for a Business Operations Manager with a structured mindset to improve efficiency and scale operations across Secret Media Network.

• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement, and translate them into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability in execution between different regions: North America, Europe, APAC, LATAM.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems.
