Job Description

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to support day‑to‑day operations within our non‑life insurance business. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth policy administration, customer support, compliance, and reporting processes across SPL, Travel, and DM lines of business.


The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service quality.


Key Responsibilities

Policy Administration

  • Support policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date policy records in internal systems
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of policy documentation
  • Review policy wording, schedules, and customer journeys to understand business requirements
