Job Title: Operations Officer (Security Company)

Location: Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM2,100 – RM2,300

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Operations Officer to manage daily security guard operations, documentation, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities / Job Scope:

  • Coordinate daily deployment of security guards to assigned sites
  • Arrange and bring new guards for biometric registration and fingerprint enrollment
  • Handle guard documentation (IC, license, personal files, attendance records)
  • Prepare and maintain complete staff files and site records
  • Monitor guards' attendance, duty roster, and discipline
  • Conduct site visits and inspections when required
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports
  • Record incidents, complaints, and follow up with management
