- As an Operations Officer II, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to internal stakeholders, ensuring insurance-related documents and requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
- This role supports day-to-day back-office operations, handling high volumes of mail and transactions while maintaining strict attention to detail and data accuracy. The position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment with potential for long-term conversion.
Responsibilities
- Sort, count, scan, and upload incoming mail into internal systems
- Process return mail and learn associated internal systems and procedures
- Handle customer requests received via mail and fax
- Post cheque payments and resolve premium billing issues or errors
