Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Officer I to join our Credit Operations team in Toronto. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of professional experience (including internships or co-ops) to gain foundational banking experience. This role focuses on the Post-Funding phase of credit operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
Work Location: Toronto, ON.
Work Structure: Rotational Hybrid Schedule.
Week 1: 3 days onsite (Wednesday–Friday).
Week 2: 2 days onsite (Monday–Tuesday).
Note: This will move to a 4-day onsite requirement in 2026.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week).
