Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver management information (MI) and performance reporting.
  • Design and maintain MI dashboards and reporting packs to support decision-making.
  • Drive process enhancements within Operations, focusing on data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation.
  • Support regulatory and internal reporting.
  • Provide business support.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and support operational as required.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products suite, in particular Excel.
  • Fluency in English both written and oral.
  • Keen sense of customer service
  • Swiss resident or eligible to work in Switzerland
