Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure
• Incident response & troubleshooting
• Firewall and security operations
• Network configuration
• Support for data centres and cloud networking
• Documentation and maintenance of critical reports
• Collaboration with other teams and stakeholder engagement
• Design network monitoring solutions that scale with the growth of infrastructure and services.
• Ensure network and system reliability by establishing high-availability configurations and disaster recovery practices.
