  3. Documentation & Compliance: Ensures job order documents comply with DMW/MWO rules and regulations.
  4. Recruitment Oversight: Supervises recruitment activities and monitoring across various industry sectors.
  5. Client Communication: Provides regular updates to clients from candidate selection through deployment.
  6. Job Order Monitoring: Tracks job order balances, validity, expiry, and visa status.
  7. Client Advisory: Guides clients on interview techniques, selection processes, and recruitment procedures.
