Responsibilities
- Client Management: Handles client inquiries, conducts meetings, and prepares proposals and recruitment agreements.
- Client Onboarding: Facilitates client onboarding to ensure effective monitoring of manpower requirements.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensures job order documents comply with DMW/MWO rules and regulations.
- Recruitment Oversight: Supervises recruitment activities and monitoring across various industry sectors.
- Client Communication: Provides regular updates to clients from candidate selection through deployment.
- Job Order Monitoring: Tracks job order balances, validity, expiry, and visa status.
- Client Advisory: Guides clients on interview techniques, selection processes, and recruitment procedures.
