Operations Manager
Location: Vandalia, OH
Setting/Hours: 100% Onsite

trak group is partnering with a stable, growing organization to find an Operations Manager on a direct-hire basis. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a hands-on operator with steel or industrial metals experience, offering direct visibility to senior leadership and a competitive compensation package.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day warehouse and production operations across two shifts

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20 employees plus two supervisors

  • Drive culture, accountability, and performance across the operation

  • Oversee staffing, performance management, and discipline

  • Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and production output
