We are a fast-growing D2C jewellery brand specialising in everyday gold jewellery. We design and manufacture, everything in-house with a strong focus on design, transparency, and modern branding.

Role Overview

This role is the operational backbone of a brand. You'll ensure every order is fulfilled smoothly and every customer interaction strengthens trust in the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end order processing (website to dispatch)
  • Coordination with manufacturing, QC & logistics partners
  • Managing made-to-order and custom jewellery workflows
  • Handling customer queries via WhatsApp, email & calls
  • Resolving escalations with empathy and efficiency
  • Maintaining order timelines.
