Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen our production services in Vaasa. The role leads production and assembly teams, focusing on efficiency, quality, and profitability, and driving operational excellence through strategic goals, process improvements, and leadership.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.

• Manage the operations of the manufacturing process including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

• Implement and enforce quality control measures in cooperation with HSEQ to meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
