Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday.

Background

The Operations Manager provides day-to-day leadership, coordination, and direction to the Transportation Assistants and bus drivers. They are responsible for assigning coverage, coaching on operational standards, monitoring quality and documentation, and managing escalation pathways to ensure service continuity.
