Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing overall hotel operations with a strong focus on F&B performance, service quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Banquets
Lead and drive F&B revenue, quality, and cost control
Ensure superior guest experience and service standards
Monitor budgets, costs, and operational KPIs
Lead, train, and motivate teams
Ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene, and safety norms
Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in hotel operations with strong F&B background
Experience in upscale/luxury hotels preferred
Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills
Degree in Hotel Management
