Job Description
Lead and oversee ServiceNow development and IT operations for client projects. Responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow modules while managing networks, endpoints, and integrations directly at client locations. Ensures high-quality delivery and guides the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deployment and configuration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD) on client sites.
- Oversee network monitoring, endpoint management, and system integrations at client environments.
- Develop complex workflows, scripts, business rules, and automation processes.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct troubleshooting, performance optimization, and on-site UAT.
- Mentor and supervise mid and junior developers, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practices.
- Maintain project documentation, SLA adherence, and client communication.
