Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive strategic initiatives for improving service offerings and customer support.
- Manage day-to-day operations to enhance cost control, profitability, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to quality audits and customer feedback.
- Lead Kaizen efforts to define key quality metrics and improve sigma quality levels.
- Collaborate with Client Relations leadership to ensure delivery commitments are met and proactively improve productivity.
