We're looking for an organized and proactive Operations & Communications Coordinator to support our growing team. Working closely with the COO and Executive Operations & Communications Manager, you'll help drive hiring, onboarding, internal operations, compliance, office management, and company communications.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes
- Support immigration and HR-related operations
- Help build company policies, procedures, and employee resources
- Manage office operations and external vendor relationships
- Assist with content planning and company communications
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in operations, communications, office management, or similar
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
