This role offers the opportunity to provide technical and operational oversight across the portfolio, supporting Property Managers, managing service providers and SLAs, and driving consistency of service delivery in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
  • 8-15+ years' experience in commercial property operations, facilities or property management

  • Strong industrial and retail property exposure

  • Experience managing contractors, maintenance programmes and operational compliance

  • Strong knowledge of facilities management, property operations and governance

  • Commercial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience
