As the Operations Manager, you will manage a team of Operations Executives with Customer Service team and ensure the smooth and efficient execution of daily operational activities. This position's primary objectives will be to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of Operations Executives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

- Liaise with local and overseas customers to ensure timely booking confirmations and address any inquiries or concerns.
