Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

 Responsible for ensuring that airlines at the airport are provided with in-flight catering services as per laid down procedure and specification at all times.

 Responsible to take decisions with regard to daily operational matters such as accept or refuse the re-use of airline returned meals, under guidance of the Unit Head.

 Creates flight schedules, monitors crew schedules to ensure assignments for schedules are in accordance with personnel qualifications for type of aircraft, federal safety and operational regulations, and company policy.

 Confer with flight crew personnel to resolve any differences regarding schedule assignments.
