The Operations Manager is responsible not only forguest service at the reception but also for ensuring the smooth day-to-dayoperation of the property, including housekeeping, supplies, and maintenancecoordination.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and professional check-in and check-out procedures according to Apart Hotel standards
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and presentation of rooms and common areas
  • Oversee the laundry process and linen management (collection, cleaning, distribution)
  • Manage and place supply and stock orders to ensure timely availability of amenities and materials
