Operations Manager

Donald's Fine Foods is a family‑owned specialty meat processor with facilities across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. We're hiring an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day production, warehousing, and shipping at our Mitchell Island facility.

About the Role

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Operations Manager is the senior leader on the production floor during assigned hours, accountable for keeping production, warehousing, and shipping running safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll lead the Production Manager, Superintendent, Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor, and Shipping Coordinator, translating the site's operating plan into floor‑level execution.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping to fulfill customer orders on schedule and within budget
