Dimension / Scope of The Job:

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of manufacturing operations, including powder handling, compacting, sintering, and finishing processes. This role ensures that production targets are met with high quality, cost efficiency, and strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations. The role acts as a critical link between upper management and the production floor to drive continuous improvement

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Safety Culture: Foster a zero-harm culture, ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with legal and statutory regulations, including IATF Standards.

  • Production Planning: Lead production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet customer demands (often automotive).
