About the role
Our client is launching a large-scale, province-wide program in Québec and is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the program launch, operational build-out, and ongoing delivery.
In this role, you will build, lead, and continuously enhance QA/QC, operations, reporting, and invoicing functions, working in close partnership with the Program Director, a utility client, external contractors, and internal stakeholders.
