The Role

We're looking for an Operations Manager who will own the day-to-day operations of our distributed team. You'll manage a small but growing team of virtual assistants, recruiters, and specialists. This is not a support role. You will be the person who makes sure things get done, on time, and at a high standard.

You report directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and hold accountable a team of 5-10 remote staff (VAs, recruiters, marketing support, accounting)
  • Run daily standups, track deliverables, follow up relentlessly on deadlines
  • Flag problems before they become fires - don't wait to be asked
