Job Description

The Operations Team Leader manages a team of Operations Supervisors and Captain Drivers and ensures the effective execution of fleet deployment, driver management, and vehicle performance. This role is vital in bridging middle-management operations to strategic planning

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor at least 5 Operations Supervisors and their teams.

Oversee daily deployment and resolve escalated operational issues.

Track vehicle uptime, trip productivity, and driver performance.

Coordinate with HR, Inspection, and Dispatch for end-to-end ops alignment.

Lead initiatives for continuous operations improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or relevant field.

At least 5 years in operations, with 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong team leadership and operational analytics capability.

Must be comfortable working in fast-paced, field-based settings.
